• The App(s) operate entirely within the customer’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.

• We do not collect, store, or transmit personal or business data to external systems controlled by us.

• Any data processed by the App(s) remains under the full control of the customer.

2. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for the data they enter into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and for compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR).

• Customers are also responsible for managing user access, security, and backup of their Business Central environment.

3. Third-Party Services

• The App(s) do not, by default, integrate with third-party services outside of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• If integration with external services is implemented, the customer must explicitly configure and authorize such connections.

4. Data Security

• The App(s) rely on the security, compliance, and infrastructure provided by Microsoft for Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• We do not introduce additional data collection mechanisms beyond those inherent in Business Central.

5. Changes to this Privacy Statement

• We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time.

• Any changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.

6. Consulting Services and AppSource Lead

• In addition to the Business Central applications, Marco Francesco Ferrari also provides consulting and training services related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  When users contact us through Microsoft AppSource, via email, or through our website to request information about consulting services, we may collect and process personal data such as name, company, email address, and phone number.

• This data is used exclusively to:
  • respond to inquiries and provide the requested information;
  • deliver the requested consulting or training service;
  • fulfill contractual and administrative obligations related to the service.

• The processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual and contractual obligations as per Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
  Data are stored only for the time necessary to manage the request or perform the service, and then securely deleted.

• No personal data are shared with third parties or transferred outside the European Union, except for Microsoft as the provider of the AppSource lead management system.
